Gerald J. Evans, CEO and COB

Gerald J. Evans CEO and COB Grocery industry equipment services including: transportation, storage, auctions, reconditioning, sourcing, consulting, decommissioning, retrofits, inventory, cart fleet maintenance and management; every aspect of managing equipment surplus.

As a co-founder and CEO of Cornerstone Equipment Management, Inc., Jerry Evans is responsible for the strategic direction of this equipment services organization. With over 20 years of experience in the retail and grocery industry, Jerry has held several senior level positions in both large and small organizations.

Prior to co-founding Cornerstone Equipment Management, Jerry was the CEO and President of a multi-state service supplier to the retail industry, providing an array of services including logistics, equipment reconditioning, equipment sales, equipment repair and maintenance and special projects. Jerry also co-founded and was President of ScanQuest Corporation, a high tech electronics company. Prior to ScanQuest, Jerry held several senior level financial positions with Huffy Corporation.

Jerry Evans holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University where he also attended graduate school. Jerry has also completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Southern California and the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.

 

Raymond Borges, President and Director

Raymond Borges President and Director Grocery industry equipment services including: transportation, storage, auctions, reconditioning, sourcing, consulting, decommissioning, retrofits, inventory, cart fleet maintenance and management; every aspect of managing equipment surplus.

As a co-founder and President and Chief Operating Officer of Cornerstone Equipment Management, Ray Borges is responsible for Cornerstone's overall operations. Ray has over 20 years of experience in the grocery industry and extensive expertise in grocery equipment management working for both medium and small organizations.

Prior to co-founding Cornerstone Equipment Management, Ray was the Vice President of Business Expansion for a multi-state service supplier to the retail industry. Ray also founded and was President of RB Enterprises which merged with RetailOne in 1998.

Ray Borges held various management positions in the electrical service industry prior to RB Enterprises. He was also the co-architect along with Jerry Evans of the first asset management program specifically developed for and implemented in the grocery industry.

 

Richard J. Dadamo, Director

Mr. Dadamo is an executive, author and consultant in the areas of corporate management. As the founder of RJD Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on helping companies expand and grow their business, Mr. Dadamo brings over 40 years of executive management experience to Cornerstone Equipment Management.

Mr. Dadamo presently serves on the Board of Directors of Multi-Fine Electronix (NASDAQ: MFLX) and has served on the governance, compensation and audit committees for various public companies.

Prior to forming RJD Associates, Richard served as interim CEO at DPAC Technologies Corporation, a technology component packaging company and CEO of Earth Technology, an environmental consulting company. He also held senior positions at TRW Inc., Electronic Memories and Magnetics Corporation.

As an author, Mr. Dadamo has penned six books on management and currently sits on the advisory boards for three privately-held start-up companies. Mr. Dadamo holds an M.S. degree from Drexel Institute of Technology, a B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University and has completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Southern California.
